2. Description of Service

Chem Mantra is an online chemistry learning platform offering:

• JEE Advanced, JEE Mains, NEET, IChO, AP, and Organic Chemistry courses.
• Practice question banks with 22,000+ questions.
• Interactive 3D molecular simulators and virtual labs.
• AI-powered adaptive tests and concept explanations.
• Video lectures and digital ebooks.

3. User Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information.
• One account per person. Sharing accounts is not permitted.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

• Some content requires a paid subscription or one-time purchase. Prices are displayed in INR (Indian Rupees) or USD as applicable.
• Payments are processed securely via Razorpay (India) and Stripe (International). We do not store your payment card details.
• All purchases are final. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of purchase. Contact admin@chem-mantra.online for refund requests.
• Access to paid content is granted to the purchasing account only and is non-transferable.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including questions, explanations, videos, simulators, ebooks, and software — is the intellectual property of Chem Mantra or its licensors.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without explicit written permission.
• You may not scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Platform by automated means.
• Screenshots for personal study use are permitted. Commercial use or redistribution is prohibited.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Share login credentials, exam answers, or copyrighted content from the Platform.
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform.
• Post or transmit any harmful, offensive, or misleading content through our channels.
• Impersonate another user or Chem Mantra staff.

7. Disclaimers

• Chem Mantra is an educational aid and does not guarantee any specific exam result or score.
• Content is provided for learning purposes. Always verify information from official NCERT, NTA, or board sources.
• The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chem Mantra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, exam performance, or business opportunities.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time for violation of these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
