SafeScale
How energetic is this step, and how much protection does it need?
A thermal hazard pack built from calorimetry you already have. Your DSC or ARC runs are usually sitting unreduced in a QC folder; SafeScale turns them into the numbers a process safety committee needs, with the method named for each one.
DSC curves at two or more heating rates and/or an ARC run, plus Cp, phi and the intended process temperature.
Is this step safe to scale, and what would make it safer?
Worked examples on published kinetics
DSC curves simulated from cited, published decomposition kinetics and analysed by SafeScale. Illustrations of the method, not measurements or a safety basis.

SafeScale Thermal Hazard Pack
3-5 days
- ✓Onset and enthalpy with error bands from your DSC/ARC data
- ✓Activation energy by Kissinger, Ozawa-Flynn-Wall and Friedman, with the model-free spread
- ✓TMR curve, TD24 and TD8, MTSR and Stoessel severity class
- ✓Recommended actions and a list of what data is missing
SafeScale 3-Step Campaign
3-5 days
- ✓Thermal Hazard Packs on three steps, in one consistent format for your safety committee
Pay by card or PayPal, or UPI and Indian cards via Razorpay. Need volume pricing or a white-label arrangement for your own clients? Email support@thechemsolver.com.
What is not included
- ·A severity screen, not a process-safety sign-off: no relief sizing, no HAZOP
- ·No experimental work; it reduces the data you already have
Frequently asked
Why is there no free sample for SafeScale?
Because it works on your own calorimetry data, which needs a careful intake. Order a pack and we will confirm your data is usable before any work starts, or contact us first to check.
How do I send large data files?
Place the order with a short description of your data, and we will reply with a private way to send the files. Do not paste confidential data anywhere you are not comfortable with.
