Every report includes an explicit "what we claim / what we don't claim" section: we identify chemical structures and their relationship to claimed scope, not legal conclusions like infringement or validity.

Running a lot of checks? Two ways to skip the per-run charge
Both cover our automated tools only: Newest Patent Extraction, Portfolio Landscape, and PubChem FTO Search. Human-reviewed reports (Standard Report, Claim Coverage Screen, Section 3(d), Paragraph IV, Landscape Report, CDMO FTO Pre-Screens) and the Portfolio Retainer's analyst time are always billed separately: that work doesn't scale with a subscription, so we don't pretend it does.
